Do you service other printers or copiers besides Sharp or Kyocera?
At this time, we are not servicing any other units. Many of these units are sold near or below cost in an effort to charge premium prices for consumables (as much as 300%), as such, repairing these units typically results in charges that makes the repair cost inefficient. Beware of these types of units -- particularly when you have a substantial monthly volume of copies or printer. We suggest you contact us for a free cost per copy evaluation.

How can I save on my printing costs?
First of all, beware of  toner pirates. Toner pirates are companies that call making it appear they are from a trusted source; however, they are typically overcharging customers for non-OEM equipment that may void your warranty or service agreement. Second, keep an eye on your consumable costs, a market leader in printing spends a lot of money marketing their low cost units -- unfortunately, a quick analysis can illustrate the low cost ends at the initial purchase. Consumable costs for many of their units are 300% higher than their competitors.

I can not get my AR-M162 or AR-M207 to print using an USB cable.

First, make sure your system meets the minimum requirements. Use the CDROM named, Digital Multifunction System, AR-M160/M200 Series Type B Software CDROM (1). Run the setup program off of the CDROM. When the first window appears, it will ask for the language. Select English and click the Next button. Click the Yes button if you agree to the terms and conditions. Click Next. Click the  Custom button.  Click the MFP button and complete the installation.
