Life Strategies' Office Matters
When Life Strategies, LLC starting looking for office products, they wanted to
find a company with similar values: commitment to the community, sound corporate
ethics, and a belief in a strong relationship.
Patricia Hoogestraat, LMFT, RBC,
Executive Director of Life Strategies commented, "We wanted to find an office
products company that can help us lower costs, but more importantly we wanted to
find a company that will help us deliver best-in-class service to our clients."
A growing company, Life Strategies
needed furniture, office products, and copiers/printers -- without straining
their cash flow. Kramer & Leonard worked on their furniture needs
first. As a HON Showcase and Herman Miller Healthcare dealer, Kramer & Leonard
was able to find furniture that fit the need at an affordable price.
As Life Strategies' history of office
supply purchases evolved, Kramer & Leonard used the history to develop new
office supply purchase behavior - resulting in significant cost savings. As an
added benefit, Life Strategies is able to help the Lake Area United Way through
Kramer & Leonard's copy paper co-branding campaign. The campaign donates to the local
United Way for each carton of paper purchased, all at no additional cost to Life
Strategies.
Due the strong growth, Life Strategies needed two new
copiers and several printers. Before making the purchases, they communicated
their objectives with Kramer & Leonard. Kramer & Leonard used their Managed
Print Services analytics to help Life Strategies reduce network printing and
copying costs by 60% without sacrificing quality or functionality.
Hoogestraat added, "We are very happy
with our relationship. There are several office supply stores we can shop, but
very few that would have aligned themselves with our mission."
