Customer Service Representative

 

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to handle best-in-class products in an fast paced environment. At Kramer & Leonard we work as a team to provide businesses in Northwest Indiana office products: copiers, furniture, and supplies. Our line of products and services include top of the line furniture from Herman Miller as well as copiers from Sharp Electronics.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be a part of a team of professionals delivering products and services highly valued in the business world. As such, we have a desire to find those who strive to be the best. If you enjoy being part of a high caliber team, are motivated to learn, and can assist customers with solutions in a professional manner, then Kramer & Leonard may be looking for you.

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:
 

Primary Qualitifcations:

·          Passion for service with strong client-focus and the desire to help people

·          Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially the ability to build rapport

·          Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, internet searching, database systems, and email

·          Fast learner, able to learn multiple integrated brokerage and banking systems

 

In addition, ideal candidates will have:

 

·          At least 2 years work experience in customer service or sales.
